Product description:
BD446 chemical corrosion resistant epoxy coating is the high performance chemical resistant polymeric material 
which compounded by the polyfunctional group toughening resin and abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant material.
Used for the preparation and repairing of the reaction kettle,tanks,valves,pipeline,elbow etc corrosion resistant,
wear resistant lining.Can resist acid(including hydrofluoric acid),alkali and material erosion and erosive wear effectively.

Briquette heat curing at temperature of 80 degree,place it into the above medium 
for 30 days at room temperature,the weight change is not more than 1% 
 
 
How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or 
sand blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment 
should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:According to the weight ratio or volume ratio 10:1, make A and B two components mix uniformly,
and use it up within 30 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration. Every time the most configuration 
quantity is not more than 4Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive 
has solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration can be properly a little more in 
winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity 
for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD446 chemical resistant repair coating is 1-8mm.the most thickness 
can be 20mm.Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,
the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth 
after the coating is coated in the suitable size.This material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling 
the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
 
4.Curing:It can be put into use based on curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25¡æ(if you can heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,can improve 30% of 
combination property).When the temperature is below 10 degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to 
promote the curing.(General construction in winter,can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 
40cm distance from the coating).
 
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
 
Packaging specification:
Two-component,10Kg/group,A component: 9.1Kg,packed in a plastic drum.B component: 0.9Kg,
packed in plastic kettle.
 
Notes:
This product may have precipitation phenomenon for long-term storage,should separately stir A component 
uniformly before using.
